We are committed to giving you first-class customer service, and involving you in what we do. We want to know what you think about the quality of the services we provide.

We would like to hear from you when things go well, for example:

  • Did we go the extra mile?
  • Were we helpful and supportive?
  • Was your repair fixed quickly the first time?

CommentsComments: When we can do better

Tell us about:

  • Your good and bad experiences and what you would like to see changed as a result.
  • Any comments or practical suggestions that you would like us to think about

We call these Performance Improvement Notices, or PINs.

We promise to let you know how we use these Notices to improve the service. You will be able to read about what happened in Housing For You.
