Resident Inspectors

Resident inspectors are trained to review services against standards. Recently our inspectors have carried out a range of inspections across housing services including empty homes and caretaking and grounds maintenance standards. The people involved told us that they really enjoyed developing new skills and making a real difference to their housing services.

Our next generation of inspectors are busy setting their programme for 2012/13 and completing their training. Look out for their reports in future editions of Housing for You.
