Gas Safety

Leaseholders can arrange to have their gas serviced by one of our contractors.

You can contact PH Jones on 0800 0725235 to  request a service. They will charge £54.99 for this service.

Your gas appliances should be serviced every 12 months. This is important to make sure that poisonous carbon monoxide gas is not being released into your home.  It will take about 30 minutes and will include checking your gas meter and taking the cover off your boiler to check inside.
