Be involved in services for leaseholders

We believe you have the right to be involved in decisions about the services you receive. We want you to have a say in how your services are provided.

One way to get involved is through regular meetings which we host for leaseholders. Leaseholder meetings are a great way to get involved and anyone can attend.

Please note the Focus Group is by invitation and acts as a precursor to the Forum which any leaseholder of Stevenage Homes may attend. Should you have any queries please contact us – we’d like you to join in!

Our Home Ownership Services Team (H.O.S.T) will now be available for an hour before the start of each meeting. This is to give you an opportunity to speak to a member of staff about individual issues. Please contact the Home Ownership Services Team before the meeting, if you require information that needs to be prepared in advance.

Because your views are important to us

We invite you to contact us by email, telephone or letter with suggested topics for discussion. Some of the topics discussed, in the recent past, with leaseholders have included refuse and recycling, the landscape gardening service, the caretaking service, the ALMO and fire safety in flat blocks.

We aim to ensure that future meetings focus on issues that will encourage and enable leaseholders to play a more effective role in the management of leasehold services. Please let us know what interests and concerns you.
