We are pleased to announce that our Annual Report for 2010-2011 is now available for you to download and view online.
The report is a detailed look back at our performance and covers all areas of the service we provide, including:
- Responsive repairs
- Lettings
- Supported Housing
- Anti-social behaviour
- Home ownership
- Rent collection
- Improving homes
The report looks at tenant involvement and shows how we’ve worked to empower tenants and help them to scrutinise our services in the future.
There’s also a Q&A session with our chair of board, Roger Gochin all about how Stevenage Homes has improved, and continues to do.
