Celebrating our 1,000th Online Account Customer

Over 1,000 tenants have now signed up for our Online Customer Account.

Mrs Golding of Broadwater became the 1,000th person to sign up since we launched the service in February. She was rewarded with a prize of £50 leisure vouchers.

Using an Online Account, you can view your rent account, track outstanding repairs and update your personal information online.

To sign up you will need to be a current tenant with a valid email address. Joint tenants may have an account each but will need to give us two separate email addresses. To sign up for an account, please click below:
