Don't let your rent snowball

We know that Christmas is an expensive time of year and the temptation to spoil family and friends is always there. This year don’t let your rent arrears snowball out of control just so you can pay for Christmas.

If you have been in arrears over the last few months a member of our Income Maximisation team will have been to visit you to discuss your account.  By Christmas we will have visited everyone who owes us money to discuss a repayment plan and to advise what may happen if the rent is not paid.
