Get involved at our Customer Conference

Our 3rd Customer Conference is being held on Saturday 15 November 2008.

The event will take place from 9.30am – 2.30pm at the Stevenage Arts & Leisure Centre. Lunch is included.  
 
The conference will look at what is important to our customers and potential customers and what we can do to improve our services. We will also discuss the Audit Commission Inspection of our services, due to take place in February 2009, and what this could mean for services to customers. 

You will be able to attend two workshops including:

  • Customer access, where do you get your information on Stevenage Homes from? We will look at our opening hours and proposals for repairs appointments 
  • Your perception of Stevenage Homes – what words conjure up our image? What picture comes to your mind at the mention of Stevenage Homes?
  • Repairs handbook and repairs priorities – help us prepare a clear and concise handbook with easy to understand priorities
  • How customers can help set budgets and how we spend them – look at the ‘shopping list’ and what be could buy
  • ‘Dragons Den’ – help us decide how we plan our spend on maintenance improvements
