Have you completed your leaseholder satisfaction survey?

We are currently carrying out our annual leaseholder satisfaction survey. If you are one of our leaseholders you should have received a survey form asking for your opinion on our services.
Last year you told us that you were pleased with:
- The way we keep you informed (82% satisfied)
- Sending you letters about service charges that are easy to understand (78%)
- Treating you fairly when dealing with your enquiries (70%)
But that we needed to improve at:
- Giving you value for money when carrying out major works (33%)
- Giving you value for money for your service charges (38%)
- Carrying out consultation over major works (52%)
We will be looking at the results again this year to see if the improvements we have implemented have had any impact.
We will also use the results to identify any other ways in which we can improve our services to you and to compare our performance with similar organisations across the country.
We will publish the results on this site and in a future issue of Housing For You.
Please return your completed survey free of charge in the self-addressed envelope provided. There are two £25 Tesco’s vouchers to be won, if you complete and return the questionnaire.
