Help us pick new Board members

In October four of our Board members must stand down, which means we may be able to bring in people with different skills and new ideas. To help us choose some of these we need your views.

We are managed by a board of 12 members. All of our board members are volunteers, who give up their spare time to attend meetings. We pay for their expenses but do not pay them a salary. The four members who will stand down are two independents and two tenants or leaseholders.

We can choose tenant and leaseholder members in one of two ways:

• You can ask us to help you pick the best members. You can nominate customers that you think will do a good job and then, with the Federation Of Stevenage Tenants Associations, we will interview them and select those who have the right skills. 
• You can ask us to organise a ballot, which will mean that any customer can put themselves forward and explain what they would contribute to the Board. All of our customers will have the opportunity to vote.
