How are we doing on Equality and Diversity?

We have just completed the first draft of our new Equality and Diversity Strategy and Action Plan, which outlines our approach and sets our priorities for the next four years and we would welcome your comments on this.

Equality means ensuring that our services meet the needs of all our customers and that we provide our services in a way that is fair, appropriate and accessible to all.  Diversity means appreciating and valuing the different life experiences, skills and perspectives different individuals can bring.
