How satisfied are you with our services?

This week we start carrying out a big survey to find out how satisfied our tenants are with our services.

2500 of our tenants will be sent a questionnaire asking them for their views about our services. If you return the survey in the freepost envelope provided you will be entered into a prize draw, the top prize is £150 in cash.

 Your answers are completely confidential and, as the form is returned to BMG Research who are carrying out the survey on our behalf, Stevenage Homes will not be able to see any individual answers.

 The survey will help Stevenage Borough Council to decide what improvements to the service need to be prioritised, because it shows us what is most important to you.
