Improved rent statements coming soon

The quarterly rent statements that you receive have been revised and we will be sending the new statements out in mid October.

We have worked with tenant representatives to make the new statements as user friendly as possible, and we are pleased to have the “tenant approved” stamp on the new statements.  There will now be more information about our income maximisation service and the layout of your actual accounts will be clearer. We will be able to change some of the information on each statement to let you know of any recent changes to our services.
