Leaseholder satisfaction survey

Following our 2 yearly general satisfaction survey for tenants, sent out this month, we are now also asking leaseholders their opinions on our services.
If you are one of our leaseholders you will receive a brief survey asking how satisfied you are with us, this week.
It is the first overall satisfaction survey of leaseholders we have carried out since we were set up to manage the Council’s housing services in October 2006.
We will use the results to identify ways in which we can improve our services to you and to compare our performance with similar organisations across the country. We will also publish the results on this site and in a future issue of Housing For You.
