LEASE open day gives advice for leaseholders

If you're a leaseholder you may be interested in the Leaseholder Advisory Service's (LEASE) advisory open day this November.

LEASE is an Executive Non Departmental Public Body (ENDPB) funded by Government to provide free advice on the law affecting residential leasehold property in England and Wales and mediation between leaseholders and Landlords.

LEASE provides detailed advice on the core issues that affect leasehold properties.

LEASE is holding an open day from 10am – 1pm on Saturday 6 November at Bedwell Community Centre, Bedwell Crescent, Stevenage. This event will be suitable for leaseholders who have concerns or issues relating to their leasehold property. The event will give the opportunity for leaseholders to raise individual concerns during the one-to-one surgeries and question and answer session.
