We have just finished filming our tenant information DVD after a week of shooting scenes across the town.

It will receive its official premiere at our Customer Conference on 15 November. The DVD contains useful information about all our services, how customers can access them and what they can expect from them. We will begin giving it to all new customers shortly.

Panda Media were chosen by ourselves and some of our residents to direct the short film, and worked alongside our presenter, and former Stevenage resident, Amanda Hussain, also a reporter for BBC South.

The crew visited tenants’ homes, sheltered housing schemes and our Customer Service Centre, and even accompanied a customer to the viewing of one of our empty properties. They interviewed staff and a number of our tenants and local residents.

“The Beauty of our job is that we get to see sides of Stevenage that you would not normally see.” Said Ahid Miah, Panda Media’s director for the week.

“We explored the old and new town through a camera lens and met some incredibly proud and diverse people. We believe our film reflects some of the great work going on in Stevenage and we hope to return soon to explore the town and its people further.”

There will be more information on how you can request a copy of the DVD, or a place at our Customer Conference, on this site shortly.
