Not too late to tell us how we are doing

If you are one of the 2,500 tenants who have received our general satisfaction survey, it is not too late to take part.

If you haven't given us your views already, please return your form to BMG Research, who are carrying out the survey on our behalf, using the self-addressed envelope provided by Friday 3 October.

We will be publishing results of the survey, and what we will do about them, in November.

BMG Research also provides a helpline for customers who have received the survey. You can ring 0800 358 0337 with any queries or for help filling in the form.
