Putting customers first at our Customer Conference

We will be holding our 4th Customer Conference on Saturday 17 October.

This year's conference will be called 'Putting Customers First'. Come along and:

• Make sure that your views are used to improve services

• Have a look at our rainbow of stalls from a number of departments

• Get information, take part in quizzes and pick up freebies

• Meet our staff

• Meet other customers

• Enjoy a free lunch

• Receive a £20 voucher at the end of the day to thank you for your time.

It will be held at the Holiday Inn on St George's Street between 9.30am and 3.00pm.
