Resident Roadshow - 28 June - 16 July

Look out for our resident roadshow which begins this week – we’re out and about in a number of areas across the town looking for your thoughts and ideas for the future.

We want to know what you think our priorities should be and how well you think that we deliver against those priorities.

We’ve set our targets higher this year and to help us get a clear idea of how you rate our services we want to talk to at least 10% of our customers – that’s over 800 people.

The roadshow is a great opportunity for you to come and talk to our staff face to face and get an idea of the things we’re working on for the future, as well as leave your own comments and suggestions with us. Below is a timetable of dates and venues we’ll be out on the road. Take a look and see when we’re in your area:

• 30 June  -  Bedwell Shops  -  11am - 2pm
• 30 June  -  Old Town (Southend Close)  -  4pm - 7pm
• 2 July  -  Pin Green (Archer Road Shops)  -  9am – 12noon

Once the roadshow is completed we will be working with customers to develop local standards in the services that matter most to you.
