Setting standards for involving you

We are setting out standards for how we will involve you in shaping our services and would like your comments on them.

Our standards set out what you can expect us to do to help you get involved and how we will give you feedback so that you know your involvement has made a difference.

Our draft standards are set out below. We'd like to know whether you think we're doing enough to encourage residents to get involved, is there anything else you'd like us to consider? What you can expect from Resident Involvement

We will offer a variety of ways for residents to get involved and will publicise events and opportunities to participate

We will provide regular training opportunities for interested residents

We will provide expenses to ensure that involved residents are not our of pocket, including travel, childcare, carer and stationary costs

We will feed back from resident involvement activities, including any changes to services offered within 8 weeks of the activity
