Strike Action 16-17 July 2008

Along with other public services across the country, we have been notified that trade unions intend to take industrial action on Wednesday 16 July and Thursday 17 July.

During the period of strike action there will be a reduced number of staff, and there may be some delays in responding to non-emergency enquiries, but we will try to keep services running as normally as possible.

Support services for vulnerable customers, such as staff in sheltered housing, emergency accommodation and our Careline service, will not be affected.

On both days the Customer Service Centre will be open as usual from 8.30 am to 5.30pm and you will be able to call us on 01438 242666 from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
