We are about to carry out our annual general satisfaction survey.

BMG Research, who are carrying out the survey on our behalf will be sending surveys to a random sample of tenants (not including sheltered housing tenants, who will receive their own satisfaction survey later in the year) next week.

If you are selected to receive the survey you will be asked for your opinions on everything we do from the condition of your home to the length of time it takes us to carry out repairs and the helpfulness of our staff.

Last year 77% of tenants of tenants said they were satisfied with our services overall. 

We use the results of the survey to plan improvements to our services. For example, when we carried out the survey in 2008 you said that priorities for improvement included repairs and maintenance. Since that survey we have: 

  • Extended the hours at which we offer appointments for repairs
  • Launched an easier to understand set of repairs priorities
  • Published a new repairs handbook

There will also be a prize draw for tenants who return their surveys.
