We are launching our first overall satisfaction survey with customers this week. It is the biggest consultation we have ever undertaken.
Two and a half thousand tenants will be asked for their opinion of the most important services that we provide. The survey also gives tenants the opportunity to share their views on the quality of their neighbourhood.
BMG Research (an independent research company) will undertake the survey.
Cathy Deplessis, Chief Executive of Stevenage Homes explains "The government requires us to undertake a general satisfaction survey every two years. This is a great opportunity for customers to share their views of the service and for us to learn more about where we can make improvements that meet our customers needs and expectations.”
BMG Research are sending out surveys by post now. If you are selected to take part you will have until Friday 29 August to return your form to be sure that your views are taken into account. If you return your form by this date you will be entered into a prize draw for £150 worth of shopping vouchers.
BMG Research also provides a helpline for people who receive the survey. You can ring 0800 358 0337 with queries or for help filling in the form.
We will be publicising the results of the survey, and what we will be doing as a result, in November.
