Tenants’ satisfaction increasing

According to our annual general satisfaction survey, carried out over July and August, tenants have noticed our services improving over the last year.

Overall satisfaction has increased from 77% in 2008 to 79% this time. This means we have achieved our target of a 2% increase.

Almost 1,000 tenants took part in the survey.

We will publish a full set of results and a detailed written report, along with details of any improvements we plan to make following the survey, on this site once we have had time complete a more detailed analysis of the results.
