What you said at our Resident Roadshow

We were out and about around local neighbourhoods during the week of 23 to 27 June meeting our customers and asking what they thought of our services.
We spoke to over 600 customers and over 250 took part in a survey about our customer services and our opening hours.
Overall, most customers said they were pleased with the service they had received the last time they contacted us and that they were happy with our current opening hours but that we may need to do more to make sure everyone knows when they can contact us.
Some customers also said that they wanted us to carry out repairs and to return their calls more quickly.
