Reinvestment Panel

The Reinvestment Panel is made up of Stevenage Homes staff, one Board Member, a representative from Stevenage Borough Council and Tenant volunteers. The panel meets every six weeks and makes recommendations to the Delivery and Implementation Committee.

The Panel is chaired by the Director of Property Services and/or Divisional Manager of Investment. The panel function is to look at the housing stock and oversee re-investment options.
