What your new home will be like
We want your home to be welcoming to you when you move in. To make sure of this, we have a set of standards we will make sure your new home meets.
These standards are quite detailed and cover everything we will do before showing you around your new home, ranging from checking that there are locks on the door and that the toilets work to removing rubbish and sweeping paths and driveways. In summary, the standards mean that we will check to make sure your new home is safe, secure, free from damp and the gas, water and electricity are working.
