Rent is payable weekly and may include other regular or communal charges associated with the property.
Paying your rent
Your rent is payable on a Monday, a week in advance. It must also be paid in advance if you pay fortnightly or monthly. You can pay your rent in a number of ways such as at your local Post Office, by Direct Debit, by cheque or debit card, standing order, giro, via the Internet or by telephone.

Completed mandates should be either brought to our Customer Service Centre or posted to:

You can also now pay your rent at British Post Offices anywhere in the world using our Post Office Payment Card. You can request a payment card by contacting the Customer Service Centre.
