How to pay your rent

Information on how you can pay your rent and where you can get help and advice on paying your rent.

Rent is payable weekly and may include other regular or communal charges associated with the property.

Paying your rent

Your rent is payable on a Monday, a week in advance. It must also be paid in advance if you pay fortnightly or monthly. You can pay your rent in a number of ways such as at your local Post Office, by Direct Debit, by cheque or debit card, standing order, giro, via the Internet or by telephone on 01438 242345.

Online payments

You can make payments to your rent account online. To make a payment now, please click below:

Payments at the Post Office

You can also now pay your rent at British Post Offices anywhere in the world using our Post Office Payment Card. You can request a payment card by contacting the Customer Service Centre.
