Planned Maintenance includes items such as:

• Painting to external areas of buildings.
• Re-pointing brickwork.
• Renew or repair some types of fencing.
• Inspections of gutters and drainpipes.
• Repairs to common parts of buildings (e.g. external stairways to flats and maisonettes).

Draft schedules for Planned Maintenance

These are the schedules for Major Works and Planned Maintenance. The schedules are based on information at summer, 2006, about the number of properties regarding Kitchen, Bathrooms, Electrical and Heating works. The years refer to financial years; April-to-April.

The following may affect the schedule:

• Different funding assumptions
• Tender rates for the major works contractors
• Additional surveys carried out in late 2006 and early 2007 in Shephall, Pin Green and St. Nicholas.
