Shaping the future of sheltered housing
Earlier this year we asked all residents in sheltered accommodation for their views on what services we should be providing to you. Since then we have been working to find ways of continuing the excellent service we provide but also to find the £170,000 we no longer receive in funding from Hertfordshire County Council.
We have decided to stop the consultation for the time being so we can look at all of the service and some other savings that could be made from housing management as a whole. We are continuing to recruit to staff vacancies within supported housing and have extended existing temporary staff contract end dates.
