Within only two and a half years from start-up, Stevenage Homes was recently awarded two stars by the Audit Commission, but our drive for improvements did not stop there. We have just been awarded Level 3 of the Equality Standard for Local Government and nominated for a Housing Award.

One of the key things the Audit Commission and IDeA both commented on was the amazing workforce that Stevenage Homes has. Staff really are our greatest asset so in an organisation where staff are truly valued and given the opportunity to develop, the only direction is continuous improvement and achievement. We will not stop now though, we are already looking for our next challenges!
