Our Customer Census is designed to help us give you a better service. We will use the information you give us to tailor different services to different customers. We will also use it to make sure we are treating everyone fairly and that everyone is happy with the services we provide.

You can return your completed Census form to our Customer Service Centre. Our staff will also be giving out blank forms and self-addressed envelopes to customers.
